Account data: name, email address, password hash, chosen country and role.

Chat content, uploaded case materials, and technical request metadata.

If you ask to be matched with a lawyer: the request description, your name and phone number, and your explicit consent record.

Usage analytics only with your consent (Google Analytics 4): pages, events, approximate location and device. IP is anonymized.

Essential technical cookies: sign-in session (Auth.js) and language choice (NEXT_LOCALE).

Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): account, chats, case materials, plan limits.

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): analytics cookies, and sharing your contact details with one matched lawyer when you submit a lead request.

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): service protection, abuse prevention, essential cookies.

Account and history data are kept while the account is active and as needed to provide the service, unless a longer period is required by law.

Lead requests: contact details are deleted or anonymized when you withdraw consent, and automatically after the retention window expires.

You may delete chats and materials yourself; to delete an account write to privacy@deltafrog.eu - we act within one month (Art. 12(3) GDPR).

Answers are prepared by the DeltaLaw engine hosted in the EU; model inference uses Google Gemini API under Google's data-processing terms.

If you ask to be matched with a lawyer, your request description and contacts are shared with exactly one verified lawyer - never sold to lists.

With analytics consent, visit data is sent to Google Analytics (Google LLC). Transfers outside the EEA rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell personal data.

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21), and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
